Those veggie beef grounds look so real! Sauté with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
The rice noodles literally cook in one minutes in boiling water, sauté your favorite veggies and some onion, peppers, seaweed and sprouts. I added curry powder and garam masala. I had 15 minutes to make this because we were in a rush but it turned out super tasty.
The ingredients were also pretty cheap:
